I Am Made of You, Too

We carry small fragments of the people we meet. Maybe it’s a habit of theirs, the way they say certain words, without even realizing it, we carry them with us. Regardless of whether we stay in touch or part ways, a small part of them remains. Most of the time, we don’t even notice. If I were to look closely at myself to see which parts of me carry them, it would take time. Today, I am taking that time. I am sitting down to write, to remember the people with whom I once shared a common space. I thought of writing a 2025 recap, but I think this is a better way to remember the people who mattered, or simply those who contributed, knowingly or unknowingly, to who I am today. These memories don’t always hold warmth; some come with gut-wrenching pain that I endured this year. And I carried those fragments too, because at the end of the day, they also made me who I am. When I thought about writing a recap, the one thing that kept returning to me was people . The most significant thing I ...

The GenZ Revolution

What began as a peaceful protest against corrupt leaders in Nepal on September 8, 2025, quickly took a darker turn when the government opened fire on demonstrators, many of them students, minors, and members of Gen Z. These past two days have been not only an emotional rollercoaster but also a political one. The Nepalese government has now collapsed, brought down by the united strength of the youth who demanded change.

And now, for the first time in our history, Nepal has a female Prime Minister leading the interim government, which has announced that elections will take place this coming Falgun (March 2026).

But what’s next? Is this the end, or just the beginning?

This upcoming election is not just a formality, it’s history in the making. Generations to come will read about it in their books. Its importance is undeniable, and most of us are aware of that. For me, writing about it is more than expression; it’s an attempt to spread political awareness among voters.

Although this movement has been labeled the “GenZ Revolution,” the truth is that Millennials and Boomers still outnumber GenZ at the ballot box. That’s why it’s crucial to understand how influence works in today’s world , especially through social media algorithms. As ridiculous as it may sound, this is a real battlefield. Propaganda is rooted deeply, especially on platforms like Facebook, where echo chambers thrive and people are misled.

That’s why I am using every social media platform I have to speak up. From now on, my agenda is simple: to spread political awareness so that we do not hand over our country to the wrong leaders again.

For the first time, please forget about your “aesthetic” Instagram, your carefully curated posts, or the “mysterious” aura you want to maintain. Just once,  speak. Speak for the country. Speak for the people. Speak for real democracy.

Advocate for truth. Advocate for honesty. Show your parents the reality, not just with words, but with evidence.

We are in this together.
